You place the order
Pick a plan or build your own, then check out. You get a written confirmation of exactly what you ordered and what it costs.

Your server builds itself
Once the payment is in, the server is created and installed with the game or operating system you chose, usually within minutes. Your client area shows each step as it happens, and if the automation ever cannot finish, an engineer takes over and the page says so.

You take the controls
An email tells you the moment it is running. In your client area you start, stop and restart it, see live CPU and memory, and copy its address. Console, files and backups are one click away in the panel.

You get a person, not a queue
A named contact who knows your setup. If something is wrong, you reach us directly, the ones who built it, no ticket lottery.
