From €4.99 a month for Factorio Basic with 2 GB of memory, up to €9.99 for Factorio Large. Quarterly billing costs 5 % less, yearly 10 %. There is no setup fee, and we never charge per player.

The Factorio wiki names no memory figure for the dedicated server; our plans are based on our own estimates. Factorio Basic with 2 GB is meant for a small group and a young factory, Factorio Large with 4 GB for large factories, Space Age or many mods.

Our plans are sized for about 6 to 16 players. These are estimates from the hardware; the real number depends on mods, world and settings. We never limit or charge for slots.

Yes, from the official mod portal: you search in the panel, and what a mod needs comes with it. To download, you enter your factorio.com account in the panel once; we store it encrypted.

Yes. The server comes with Space Age, Quality and Elevated Rails, and you switch the expansions on or off in the panel; the panel shows what an expansion requires. Only players who own the expansion themselves can then join.

Yes. A larger or smaller plan is billed pro rata, and on the same server you can install another game for the same price. Before the switch we take a safety copy, so you can go back.

In Nuremberg, Germany. Your data stays in the EU and the contract is under German law, so the GDPR applies in full. The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of every contract.

Only for the term you choose: monthly, quarterly or yearly. There is no setup fee in the shop. You cancel from your account and the server runs until the end of the term. After the first term, as a consumer you can cancel at any time with one month's notice; we refund the time already paid after that pro rata. If you move on, you download a game server in full with one click: files, databases and setup, even for 30 days after the end, until it is deleted.

Yes. As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the contract, without giving reasons. You withdraw online in one click, also without signing in. If your server is already running at your request, you pay only the share for the time up to your withdrawal, counted by the hour; we refund the rest. Only a separately agreed setup in an individual offer is kept once it has been carried out. Businesses have no right of withdrawal. The details are in the withdrawal policy.

Yes, free of charge. For a game server, the client area's "Move from another host" tab copies your files 1:1 from the old server to the new one, without a detour through your PC. You need a server for the same game with us and your old host's SFTP or FTP login; databases are not moved. For a VPS there is no automatic import: with SSH access to the old server you move your data, for example with rsync, and we show you in a ticket how. If anything gets stuck, we help in a ticket at no charge. The move changes nothing on the old server.
