Enshrouded server hosting

From €13.99 a month for Enshrouded Starter with 6 GB of memory, up to €15.49 for Enshrouded Pro. Quarterly billing costs 5 % less, yearly 10 %. There is no setup fee, and we never charge per player.

Keen Games names about 4.4 GB at idle for the dedicated server and up to 100 MB more per player, with at most 16 players. By that, Enshrouded Starter with 6 GB is meant for a group of up to ten, Enshrouded Pro with 8 GB for the full round of 16.

Our plans are sized for about 10 to 16 players. These are estimates from the hardware; the real number depends on mods, world and settings. We never limit or charge for slots. Enshrouded itself allows at most 16 players on a server.

Enshrouded does not support mods on the server, so our panel has no mod manager for it. You set the game rules, such as enemy strength, hunger, day and night or resources, in the panel once you choose the preset "Custom".

Through the game's four groups: admin, friend, guest and visitor each have their own password and rights, for example whether someone may build, open chests or ban players. Banned players are listed in the panel, where you lift the ban.

Yes. A larger or smaller plan is billed pro rata, and on the same server you can install another game for the same price. Before the switch we take a safety copy, so you can go back.

Only for the term you choose: monthly, quarterly or yearly. There is no setup fee in the shop. You cancel from your account and the server runs until the end of the term. After the first term, as a consumer you can cancel at any time with one month's notice; we refund the time already paid after that pro rata. If you move on, you download a game server in full with one click: files, databases and setup, even for 30 days after the end, until it is deleted.

Yes. As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the contract, without giving reasons. You withdraw online in one click, also without signing in. If your server is already running at your request, you pay only the share for the time up to your withdrawal, counted by the hour; we refund the rest. Only a separately agreed setup in an individual offer is kept once it has been carried out. Businesses have no right of withdrawal. The details are in the withdrawal policy.

Yes, free of charge. For a game server, the client area's "Move from another host" tab copies your files 1:1 from the old server to the new one, without a detour through your PC. You need a server for the same game with us and your old host's SFTP or FTP login; databases are not moved. For a VPS there is no automatic import: with SSH access to the old server you move your data, for example with rsync, and we show you in a ticket how. If anything gets stuck, we help in a ticket at no charge. The move changes nothing on the old server.
